Every session begins with a conversation and unfolds from there. Here is what you can expect when you reach out.

Connect
Reach Out & Share
Begin by filling out the session request form. Share a little about yourself, your animal, and what you are hoping to explore — there is no need to have it all figured out. A general sense of what has brought you here is enough.
I will be in touch within 1–2 business days to confirm your request, answer any initial questions, and arrange the details of your session so you feel comfortable and prepared.
Sessions are often done remotely, so you and your animal can remain comfortable in your own space.

Experience
The Session Unfolds
Most sessions are held remotely. Intuitive connection and energy work do not require physical presence — the connection is real regardless of distance.
Rather than following a fixed formula, I begin by listening — to you, to your animal when applicable, and to what is present in the moment. From there, the session is allowed to unfold naturally. Depending on what is needed, we may draw from animal communication, intuitive energy work, Reiki, chakra work, muscle testing, or a combination of these. Not every session will include every modality.
For animal communication sessions, a recent photo of your animal and their name are all that is needed. For Sacred Spirit Connection Sessions, we'll connect briefly beforehand about what has brought you here and anything you'd like me to be aware of.
Each session is unique. No two unfold in exactly the same way.

Integrate
Allow It to Settle
After a session, allow time for the experience to settle. Shifts may surface gradually over the days that follow. Rest, hydration, and gentle attention to what arises can support the integration process.
Sacred Spirit Connection Sessions include a 20-minute follow-up 7–14 days later. This space is held to reconnect, explore what may have shifted or surfaced, and tend to anything that feels ready to come forward next.
The follow-up is included with every Sacred Spirit Connection Session at no additional cost.
What to Expect
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Most sessions are remote
You and your animal may stay in the comfort of your own space. Distance does not diminish the depth of the connection.
No special preparation is needed
For animal communication, bring a recent photo and any questions you hold. For energy work, simply have an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Sessions are not scripted
Each session follows its own path. I approach every connection with presence and openness, allowing what is most needed to come forward.
Animals of all kinds are welcome
Animal communication is not limited to a particular species. I welcome animals currently with you and those who have passed.
